The term triple digit recruiting is often used in network marketing when at least one hundred people are hired within a month!
Most people are amazed when they hear that a small team of people brought in so many new hires within such a short time frame. The first time our team accomplished this everyone else seemed amazed at our results; however some of the team were disappointed. The reason is because we had four people in line to get promoted that month that missed getting promoted by one hire! So while we accomplished something good, we also had some disappointed teammates.
One important factor was that, we were all using the same system of recruiting. Everyone on our team knew that the system was working and we had the results to prove it. Let me explain how it worked; for that whole month a small group of determined people met back at the office every night at eleven o clock, five to six nights a week. In that meeting, anyone who recruited someone that day would get to tell the team exactly how they did it in short.
Upon entering the office everyone would submit their "activity report" to me, and I would then direct them to either have a seat in the back or whether they should head towards the front of the room, because they would be speaking to the rest of the team. When the meeting was over [approximately one hour] I thanked everyone that showed up and reminded them that we would be meeting again at the same time! As I reviewed the activity reports that were submitted to me, I noticed the spike in activity.
Everyone had activity even if they had not recruited anyone; some had new prospects, while others had made sales, referrals, and so forth. And as a direct result of daily reporting, our activity started to increase.By the end of the second week I noticed a dramatic change in the numbers, we surpassed our previous month recruiting numbers by almost double, yet we still had two full weeks to go in the month.
It was at that moment that I made the decision to start a two week contest, and that there would be only three winners 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place. The contest started that evening and the numbers had nothing to do with the first two weeks that had already passed. This way everyone could compete to win regardless of what they did the previous two weeks.
When the third week was completed the numbers were clearly showing that we were on track for a triple digit recruiting month. The main reason why I knew that we were definitely on track for a triple digit recruiting month was because of the tremendous amount of activity within the team.
As a direct result of us meeting together almost every night for one month,we had identified 3 double digit recruiters on the team! With only one day to go in the month, we had people pushing to win the contest; others were going for promotions, and a lot of new faces at our weekly opportunity meetings.
We closed the month out with one hundred and twenty nine new recruits along with over eighty thousand dollars in sales! That is the guide to triple digit recruiting!

Financial Success ; The Purpose
Many people would be happy to find out their purpose in life. They long for the feeling that they are doing exactly what they set out to do and are financially successful at it. Financial success is often inaccurately used to measure purpose.
Purpose and Financial success are two separate desires in this case, however they are linked. One can be successful,however, at living on purpose. In addition, one can be financially successful and live on purpose through philanthropy and/or other forms of selfless service.
Does making money have to anything to do with your purpose in life? There are so many people great at what they do and they make money doing it, then again some of the greatest people of our time were not wealthy. Yet both may have made great contributions to their individual causes. One of the wealthiest people that I personally interviewed told me [and I shall quote him] "The money [that I earn] is a byproduct of the results that I am getting from pursuing my purpose in life."
A life of purpose can span selfless service to financial mastery. The people I am writing about are those who want to purposely provide a selfless service to the world but may not be already financially successful. One can be disappointed to find that there may not always be a great financial reward for this kind of service.
A positive point to note however is that both can be accomplished at the same time. As you provide that selfless service to the world you will find that there are many opportunities opening up to you because you have opened up your heart. Sounds corny I know. But I speak from experience when I tell you that every time I reach out to help others I get all sorts of immediately ideas of how I could make money and help people at the same time.
One thing that always comes up is getting grants from the government. Free money! I'll take it. Sometimes the person you are helping is the one who brings the $$ idea to your attention. It happens randomly. You just have to be aware and you will be able to benefit from the opportunities the universe presents to you for your good deeds.
So the answer is yes. It is possible to become financially successful while living on purpose. The catch is that your purpose must be positive and the universe will return you positive rewards in the form of opportunities that will grow your bank account.
